All the resources you need. All in one place.

Every day, individuals on the autism spectrum face discrimination. These injustices often prevent both adults and children with autism from accessing necessary treatment and interventions that will allow them to live functional and safe lives. Very few families supporting loved ones with autism have the financial resources or the time necessary to both care for their loved ones and fight systematic prejudices. Resources to assist are limited and often not readily available, and there is currently a lack of national strategy to develop the law on behalf of individuals and families affected by autism.

The Autism Law Hub is the vision of Dan and Lorri Unumb, who are lawyers and autism parents, and are committed to advocate for and improve autism policy and law at a state level. The mission of the Hub is to be a central gathering place and clearinghouse for legal resources, people, ideas, and information to secure the rights of those affected by autism. The Autism Law Hub aims to make resources easily accessible to assist people with autism in accessing healthcare treatment, education, employment, and community life.

THOUGHT OF THE DAY
“It takes a village to raise a child. It takes a child with autism to raise the consciousness of the village”
